We have 6 Black Comets

Diet

 

The 6 Black Comets are fed on a main diet of layers pellets with a daily treat of a couple of handfuls of mixed corn, plenty of grass and weeds plus all the worms they can eat when the kids come up to the plot and start digging everywhere and having a great time lobbing the poor things over into the chook run! I haven't known a worm to last more than 0.5 seconds post lob :o).

 

All chooks are also provided with insoluble grit and oystershell.
